Rewarding Excellent Service at Aurora Pro Clean With Paralympic Tickets

Aurora announced their Quarterly Excellence Award in 2011. Set up to highlight great service delivery by members of Auroras growing team.

The award is made based on results from a series of audits carried out at each location. Feedback from clients is also considered so that a fair assessment can be made for each team member.

William Rodriguez Managing Director at Aurora said, “I would like to congratulate Sandeep Jahal for winning the Aurora Quarterly Excellence Award to become our champion cleaner of the quarter for outstanding performance. The entire company got together to celebrate the finalists and the winner. Every team member then got the opportunity to win tickets to attend the Paralympic games as a big thank you for a very successful quarter”.

Aurora launched their Voice of The Client survey in 2012. It’s an online survey carried out every month to gather feedback across a wide range of questions.

Auroras Marketing Manager Steve Moore commented, “It was very important to allow our clients to have the opportunity to tell us how we are doing. Companies that take customer service seriously regularly check how they are doing. We haven’t reinvented the wheel, we’re simply copying a tried and tested method and it works. Our client retention has increased because we are able to deliver quick and effective solutions to issues that get raised.”
