Effective, Ongoing Training is Essential

Our passion for service is driven by our passion for training. All our staff receive regular, ongoing training to ensure that they can provide the best services possible.

Initial Training

We have a detailed and highly effective induction training for all our new recruits. This not only covers the latest equipment and products, but focuses on our environmental policies. All our new recruits are trained to consider the environment at all stages of their work, ensuring that we use only the greenest products and exceed our own exacting environmental standards.

Ongoing Training

All our teams receive ongoing and regular training programmes. This includes career development, as well as training on new equipment, solutions, techniques and programmes to minimise their impact on the environment. We combine both internal and external training programmes with seminars and in-situ workshops to ensure that all our teams have the practical expertise and experience they need to deliver an outstanding service.

Management Training

We’re always keen to promote from within our own teams. We develop personal career plans for all our teams and will support, encourage and train staff who want to develop their careers further and move into a wider management role within the company.


Our NVQ Programme

At Aurora we want to encourage our teams to develop their skills further. We have enrolled our teams on the following NVQ qualifications to help develop key skills across our business. We believe this approach will provide a better service and improved ongoing support for our clients.

  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service
  • Level 2 Certificate in Cleaning Support Services Skills
  • Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service
